Ecstatic Dance Fort Worth - October 16th - FRIDAY

Ecstatic Dance Fort Worth is back! What once existed has been reimagined, rooted even deeper in community, presence, and the power of freeform movement! • Welcome! You’re invited into a space where you can move freely, release emotionally, and reconnect to yourself through non-performative freeform dance. Move in ways that feel true to your body. • We dance barefoot + without talking on the dance floor, allowing the experience to be inward and intuitive. The music will guide you through a wave ~ building in intensity towards a peak + softening back down ~ while the space is held with clear boundaries to support emotional and physical safety. • Whether this is your first dance or you’ve danced with us before, this is an opportunity to be part of a new beginning! Come as you are and don’t overthink it! We look forward to dancing with you! • Location : United Performing Arts Company 2018 Roosevelt Dr, Pantego TX • When : 6-9pm: Friday OCT 16th Doors LOCK : 6:30pm for Opening Circle (: • L
