After the resounding success of last year’s Annual Fall Festival and Bluegrass Jamboree, the Dupont Circle Business Improvement District is excited to announce that it will be bringing the festival back for a fifth year, continuing last year's smash hit: a festive Halloween spin! The event will take place on Saturday, October 31st from 1:00-4:00 p.m. in Dupont Circle Park.
Fall, family-friendly activities will include pumpkin and gourd painting, bluegrass music, and for the second time, a costume contest! We will be hosting three costume contests: one for pets, one for kids, and one for adults. Complete with judges and prizes for first, second, and third place of each contest, make sure you arrive in your (or your pet's) best costume for a chance at winning big!
