Why we picked it

Letting go is often easier said than done. It can involve old expectations, past hurts, regrets, roles we once held, or ways of seeing ourselves that no longer fit. This conversation is an opportunity to share experiences and insights about what it means to let go, why it can be difficult, and what becomes possible when we do. We aim to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where people can speak from personal experience, listen openly, and reflect together.
