Why does it become harder to build friendships later in life, and how can we change that? Friendship can change as we move through midlife. Careers, family responsibilities, life transitions, and changing priorities can all affect how we build and maintain meaningful connections. This conversation is an opportunity to share experiences and insights about friendship in this stage of life — what has changed, what has become more important, and what makes connection more difficult or more meaningful now. We aim to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where people can speak from personal experience, listen openly, and reflect together.
