Defy Gravity Yoga with Debbie

Wednesday, November 18, 5:45 - 6:45 PM $18 Wicked officially opens at the Tanger Center tonight, and we're celebrating with a special Wicked-inspired yoga class! Join instructor Debbie for an evening of movement and breath, with a little pink and green sparkle to mark the occasion. This class is part of Debbie's drop-in friendly Art of Ashtanga series, which links breath with movement. You'll start with the set primary sequence, then explore a variety of poses from later in the series. It's a dynamic form of yoga, modified to suit the modern body. If you have a good foundation of yoga and are ready to deepen your practice, this is the class for you!
