☺️ Hi Henderson Friends! My name is Cami, and I teach at Lotus Studio here in Henderson! If you've been looking for a welcoming, supportive place to move your body, build strength, and connect with others, we'd love to meet you. Tuesday Class Schedule � 10:15 AM – Dance Fitness (Zumba-Inspired) A fun, follow-along dance fitness class where we get moving, smile, and boogie together! All fitness and experience levels are welcome. The choreography stays consistent for several weeks, making it easy to learn and build confidence each time you attend. If you've always wanted to try a Zumba-style class but felt intimidated, this is a great place to start. I even break down some of the moves before we dance!
