Have you ever wanted to try fasting but found it difficult to do it on your own?Join us for a community fasting experience for women, where we can support each other, share our experiences, spend time together, and create space to slow down and reconnect with ourselves.

Fasting can be a powerful opportunity to step away from our usual routines, become more mindful of our bodies and habits, and give ourselves some quiet time for reflection. Many people also enjoy the feeling of mental clarity and focus that they experience while fasting.

But fasting can also be challenging—especially when you're doing it alone. That's why I wanted to create this experience as a community.
