**What to connect authentically with family, friends and at work?** **Want more skills to navigate hard conversations?** **Or looking to navigate difficult feelings inside yourself and others?** **Join us for Regina's first NVC 2-day training!** **Sessions will be:** **Saturday 10am- 12pm** \- Foundations of Connection **Saturday 1:15pm- 3:15pm** \- "No" Is the Start of Connection **Sunday 10am- 12pm** \- Transforming Hard to Hear Judgements **Sunday 1:15pm- 3:15pm** \- Skills for Navigating Conflict Role Plays **Sunday 3:15- 5pm** \- empathy buddy sign\-up\, 1v1 empathy\, debriefing **Each session will include these elements:** NVC Instruction, Small Group, and Large Group Discussion. May include Journaling, Movement, and Meditation.
