Join us on Wednesday August 12th for our second Common Threads, BIPOC Writers’ Circle The Bus Stop Theatre Narrative Program is launching Common Threads, a drop-in writers’ circle for Black, Indigenous, and other writers of colour who are looking for an empowering, supportive, and encouraging space to share stories that celebrate culture, identity, and lived experience. Whether you’re just beginning your writing journey or have been crafting stories for years, Common Threads offers a welcoming environment to connect, create, and be heard. Each session centres, collective growth, and the power of storytelling as a tool for self-expression, resistance, and healing. Writers are encouraged to share their work in progress and offer constructive feedback to others. Common Threads will launch Wednesday July 15th from 6-8pm in The Bus Stop Theatre Community Room.
