About this event

A sacred journey designed to ignite your inner light through the ancient practice of rhythmic breathwork.

About this Event

This is a two-hour community ceremony using the modality of breathwork. No experience required. No performance expected.

Just you, your breath, and up to fourteen people doing the same brave thing.

We'll use breath, music, and light movement to support you in accessing what's sitting underneath the surface — old stories, stuck emotion, the stuff that talking doesn't always reach.

The flow:

Arrive up to 10 minutes prior to the official start to get settled

A grounded introduction to breathwork and this particular style

Co-created safety: share your name, where you're at, and your intention if you'd like

Active breathing to a curated playlist that carries you through the experience

An optional release moment — scream, tap, hum, sing, shake — whatever your body asks for

Integration time: rest, write, draw, and/or verbally connect with the group
