About this event

Coloradans have started airlines, set records and created life-saving technologies like ejection seats and aerial ambulance service. Explore aviation history with Chuck Stout, aerospace historian and former Curator of the Wings Over the Rockies. What is it about Colorado? Our state has been home to pioneers in every aspect of aviation and space exploration, from engineers and designers to executives and astronauts. These men and women have started airlines, set records, and created life-saving technologies like ejection seats and aerial ambulance service. When we look beyond their accomplishments, these men and women turn out to be real people, much like you and me. This is part of the November Speaker Series at the Aurora History Museum. Tickets are $5 for adults, $1 for kids and free for members of the Aurora History Museum.
