Coffee Shop Takeover: Office Hours + Meetups

We’re bringing coastal energy to a local coffee shop takeover. Think: you “accidentally” run into builders, founders, and operators while grabbing coffee and leave with 2–3 new connections you actually want to follow up with.

No panels. No pitch pressure. Just real convos, builder collisions, and maybe a little deal flow in the mix.
