- What to Make: Bring a vegetable- or fruit-based salad, side dish, main dish, crockpot dish, or dessert.

*Portion Size: Make enough for 8–10 servings.

- No Animal Products: No meat, poultry, fish, seafood, dairy, cheese, butter, milk, eggs, gelatin, or animal-based broths.

*No Oil: Avoid all oils (olive, coconut, cooking sprays, margarine, shortening).

- Minimal Salt & Sugar: Use dates or ripe bananas for sweetening; avoid artificial sweeteners.
