About this event
Most of us are running on empty heading into the holidays and we know it. This November, Edenton Street UMC is hosting a co-ed, intergenerational weekend with professor, author and retreat leader Rev. J. Dana Trent, designed for exactly the season we're in. Friday evening, we'll gather for an honest, story-driven plenary about what happens when we've been carrying too much for too long—and what grace looks like on the other side. Saturday morning, we move from story into practice: real, accessible spiritual disciplines for real, exhausted people. You'll leave with tools you can actually use: for rest, for breath, for the weeks ahead. Childcare provided. Space is limited. Don't wait on this one. Friday, Nov. 13 from 6:00-7:45 PM & Saturday, Nov. 14 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Edenton Street United Methodist Church Questions, email Pastor Amanda at YX
