Join us for Candlelight Yin Yoga, Tuesday 10/27 at 715 PM.We'll hold passive poses while seated or lying down. With the help of gravity and optional props, we can get a deeper stretch into the connective tissues, allowing mind and body to calm. 🧘🏻‍♀️🌙 Join us for a candlelight practice, where you can simply be!All levels welcome.
