About this event
An evening to help you ground, release, and reconnect through immersive breathwork and a deeply restorative sound healing journey
About this Event
Join Noemí for a magical Saturday evening designed to help you ground, release, and reconnect. Through an immersive breathwork session followed by a deeply restorative sound healing journey, you’ll be guided into an altered state of consciousness where true relaxation and inner clarity can unfold.
Experience the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments as they wash over you—supporting emotional release, nervous system reset, and full-body rejuvenation.
Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned meditator, this experience offers a safe and supportive space to let go of stagnant energy and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events5/banners/c76254d0-ce03-11f1-8b84-8bcd43972aa2-rimg-w571-h740-dcf8f8e8-gmir.jpg https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events8/banners/c773e10
