Breathwork for Ancestral Healing

Join me for a special Breathwork and Sound Healing event with a focus on working with ancestral healing and energy. As the veil thins during Scorpio season, we have a powerful opportunity to work on ancestral patterns and with spirits. Through journal prompts, reflection, breathwork and sound healing we will explore the gifts of our ancestry as well as what we are ready to heal and release. Breathwork is an ancient technique that supports deep relaxation and self-healing. During this session, you will be guided to journal on the topics of ancestral healing, contribute to the building of a community ancestral altar for our session, and then receive guided support through active breathwork to explore healing ancestral patterns.
