On June 7th, Jaybird joins us to kick off the class with a special opening experience.Set within the lush gardens of Casa Loma, this series brings together history, nature, and sound in a peaceful morning setting. Guided by Freddy Gervasi and The Band of Souls, each session features layered instrumentation and intentional frequencies designed to calm the mind and support the bodys natural flow.Entrance is located through the East Gate, located in the East Parking Lot.Does not include admission to tour the interior of Casa Loma. Doors open at 8:15am, starts at 9:00am - 90 minute experience.
