Guided by Freddy Gervasi and The Band of Souls, each session features layered instrumentation and intentional frequencies designed to calm the mind and support the bodys natural flow.Blending breathwork, meditation, and live music, this experience offers a unique opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnectwithout ever leaving the city.Entrance is located through the East Gate, located in the East Parking Lot.Does not include admission to tour the interior of Casa Loma.
