THE HIKE/WALK
PACE: comfortable pace - please do not go faster than the majority of the group. If you get ahead and do not know the venue you are responsible for yourself. Rule of thumb for safety, wait at all junctions and look behind to make sure you still see the group.
DIFFICULTY: easy to moderate depending on fitness & pace
DISTANCE: approx 12 kms
ELEVATION GAIN: minimal....very small up and down hills at some of the trail changes.
TIME: approx 3+hours....depends on the pace
