About this event
Black Out Night (BON) returns alongside French Theatre’s presentation of Neige sur Abidjan, inviting audiences to experience an evening that celebrates culture, conversation, and community. The evening begins with BON Chat, a special pre-show conversation exploring themes of migration, identity, and belonging. Facilitated by Mani Soleymanlou, Artistic Director of French Theatre, and featuring local community voices, this gathering creates space for meaningful dialogue inspired by the play and the experiences of those who have built new lives in Canada. Following the performance, the celebration continues with BON Nuit, where guests are invited to gather over music, food, and conversation inspired by the richness and diversity of African cultures.
