Why we picked it
**This will be a different bike ride on newer trails that are paved, gravel, and fine screening and earth trails. The total distance return is approximately 40 km** **We start from Parkinson to the airport and take the new paved trail to Old Vernon. From there take the newly graveled trail plus the mixed dirt trail to Jim Bailey Rd and in 5 minutes go down Jim Bailey to Brittania Brewery. ( in Winfield )Have a bite and a rest and then return to Parkinson Rec Center.** **E bikes would be easier for the gravel part especially but all bikes welcome.** **The new gravel stretch will be paved once the gravel has settled.
