Designed for beginners and chocolate lovers ages 12+, this small-group experience (max 8 participants) teaches the professional techniques behind European-style chocolate making. Guided by a chocolatier, you’ll learn how to temper Belgian chocolate to achieve that perfect glossy snap, create a luxurious affogato espresso ganache from scratch, and hand-dip slabbed ganache into artisan truffles.
