About this Event

This class is a hands-on lesson in making classic butter dough and our very popular Door County Cherry Pie. Taught by Honeypie founder and Chief Executive Pie Officer, Valeri Lucks! We will cover the how-to's and the tricks to making a flaky, perfect butter pie crust. You will make your own dough and roll out your crust for one - 9" pie. We will learn how to make a Door County cherry filling and then assemble the pies with beatuiful lattice crust tops.

We bake the pies during class, leaving lots of time for questions and answers and visiting with friends. In the end, you will have a delicious pie to take home to show off your new pie making skills.
