Learn the secrets to making perfect all-butter pie dough and apple pies with the expert Baking Team of Honeypie Cafe and Bakeshop!This pie session is led by Honeypie founder and Chief Executive Pie Officer, Valeri Lucks and is a hands-on lesson in making classic, all-butter pie crust and one of Honeypie's most popular treats - our Apple Crumb pie.

We will cover the how-to's as well as what pitfalls to avoid and the tricks to making a flaky, perfect crust. You will make your own dough, roll out your crust for one (1) - 9" pie and create your own apple pie filling. We will assemble and bake the pies during class (baketime is about 40 minutes). There will be lots of time for questions and answers as well as a break while pies bake - perfect for some quality time with your classmates. At the end of class, you will have a delicious pie to take home to show off your new pie making
