Bakersfield Vinyl Hunting 101: Finding Hidden Gems

If you have been wanting to start a vinyl collection but feel a bit overwhelmed by the stacks at local shops, this meetup is for you. We are getting together to walk through some of the best spots in Bakersfield to find hidden gems, share tips on what to look for when inspecting used records, and talk about how to build a library you actually enjoy listening to. This is a low-pressure environment intended for people who are just starting out and want to learn the ropes alongside others who are curious about the hobby.

We will spend the afternoon browsing through local crates, chatting about our favorite finds, and helping each other spot quality pressings. Whether you are looking for a specific classic album or just hoping to stumble upon something interesting to take home, it is always easier to dig through bins when you have a bit of company. If you are interested in joining us for the hunt, please let me know by RSV

Ping so I can get a sense of how many people to expect.
