**Come experience a powerful meditation of renewal** focused on restoring harmony and function in your autonomic nervous system.

🧠 Through **breath, awareness, visualization, and elevated emotion**, we’ll move beyond the patterns of the past and influence harmonic order at the cellular level.

This kind of meditation has been proven to create biological upgrades (improving health) with consistent practice.

**🔬 We will also be doing biological measurements for 3 attendees.** (brain waves, HRV, and resting muscle tension)

🙋 If you want to be one of the three people who get to see how their bodies changed, please message Michael.

Please only ask to be measured if you are 100% certain that you will be showing up. **We especially want to measure people who have chronic pain, tension, or health conditions.** You will also need to show up 15 minutes early, and stay a little bit after we end (to collect the measurements).
