About this event
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re welcoming women navigating breast cancer or living beyond it to a complimentary afternoon of care and connection. An Afternoon of Somatic Meditation, Sound Healing & Renewal brings together gentle somatic meditation guided by Angela Gouger, MS, LPC, SEP, accompanied by sound healing from Lidia Aliosa. Together, they’ll offer space to reconnect with your body and settle into rest. Stay afterward for herbal tea, time to connect, and an opportunity to explore wellness resources. 📍 Center for Infinite Transformation · San Antonio Free to attend. Space is limited.
