About this event

This therapy group is for adults ages 18 and older who enjoy long-form, campaign-style tabletop role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons. Participants will play The Little Town of Tusk, a level 1 adventure using the Critical Core gaming system developed by mental health professionals to support therapeutic growth. Through collaborative gameplay, the group provides a safe space to build social connections, strengthen teamwork, and practice skills such as emotional regulation, planning, and perspective-taking.
