Adult Dance At The Previous Ballet Academy

Join us for a class inspired and in honor of the Great Nancy Sulick! Your 1st class is FREE! ADULT DANCE A fun, upbeat class that explores the foundations of ballet, rhythm, and body awareness—all at an easy pace and in a welcoming environment. Whether you’re returning to dance or trying it for the very first time, come move, challenge yourself, and discover the joy of dance! No perfection. No experience needed. Just come ready to move! This class is led by Joan Adams-Wolfe. She grew up dancing with the inspirational Nancy Sulik at the Corpus Christi Ballet Academy. She holds a BA in Dance Education from UC, Boulder, was Director of Creative Dance at Ballet Austin Academy for 25 yrs, taught adaptive dance for children and young adults, and currently leads Balance & Alignment classes on the labyrinth at All Saints’ Episcopal Church.
