What is a social support group? The ADHD Social Support Group held at the Arrieta Art Studio has been in action since 2023. It started from a simple desire to carve out a space for those navigating life with ADHD like me! It’s a place to vent, share, and uplift one another amidst the unique challenges we face. It’s a space intentionally designed to be accessible to all. There’s no attendance record to uphold, no punctuality requirements, and certainly no need for a formal diagnosis to join in.
