This month we're having a talk from GPUG member Jasper Tey! Here is Jasper's description of his talk: "We all recognize activity streams from social media, but what goes into building one? This talk explores the mechanics behind the pattern, with Facebook’s News Feed, Activity Streams 1.0 and the W3C’s Activity Streams 2.0 as reference points. Over 16 years building applications for clients, my rough implementations left gaps I never had the time to fully resolve. Now building independently at Tey Labs, I've revisited the pattern and rebuilt the architecture from scratch. The result of that R&D is **[Storyfeed for Laravel](https://storyfeed.dev/)**."
