This is a women-only gathering, hosted in partnership with Mindfulhaus, Women Who Rest™, and Healthy Women Leaders.-Join us for a gentle blend of breathwork, guided reflection, prayer, and spacious moments of silence to create room to slow down, listen, and reconnect with yourself.

Please note that while this is a offered as a Christ-centered gathering, you absolutely do not need to identify as Christian to belong here. All women are welcome, regardless of faith or background. Come as you are.
