A dog walk in Jackson Park. (Then food/beer).

Why we picked it

This is an open invitation to any and all to join CB and I on a short, 2.0 KM hike in Jackson Park. On this excursion, there will be mandatory stops for dog swims, hydration and smelling of roses. After the hike, I propose meeting at McThirsty’s for beer and food. Anyone wishing to extend the hike to a longer distance is welcome to do so. Plan is to meet in the main parking lot, located at the top of Monaghan Road. (Literally, come north on Monaghan Road, the entrance to the park is where Monaghan Road meets Parkhill (at the traffic light). We will walk the forested trail westward on the south side of Jackson Creek, and make our way back on the rail trail on the north side of the creek. Turn around is at the first bridge. (The more adventurous can continue further).
