5Rhythms® Sacramento Wednesday Class @ CLARA

The five rhythms are: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness™. There are no steps to learn; just allow your body to respond to the music in its own way. There is no way to do this “wrong”. A good place to begin is to simply move your feet and pay attention to your breath. Each rhythm is a teacher. As you practice moving with these energetic states you can deepen your relationship to your body, heart, mind, soul, and spirit. People in the room will have a wide range of experience. Your own dance will be unique. It can be subtle, powerful, revealing and, over time, it can be transformative. Come dance with us: to the beat of incredible music… on a great old wood floor… in the company of a fabulous bunch of people… CLARA Auditorium. 1425 24th St. 6:30pm-8:30pm Single class drop in: $25 10 class card: $225 First Time: $50 for a 3 class pass Pay at the door with cash, Venmo, or PayPal.
