The plan:
• Meet at the location marked in the event and warm up for 10 minutes
• We'll run a 5K out and back on the Ann and Roy Butler Trail
• Walk breaks are totally fine, and no one gets left behind
• After the run, we'll grab coffee and snacks and hang out at Desnudo Coffee
